Guest guest
hi ladies, remember our posts a week ago about the deadlifts? Well, I've been doin em. Correctly I think. I started out just doing them for the last set of 12. Now I've done them for the first 4 sets. And not with THAT much weight. I've stuck my " proud butt " out, checked that my back is flat in the mirror, and kept the 20-30 curl-barbell very close to my legs the whole time. So why can I feel it in my back the next day. Not bad wrong kind of pain, but I guess the question is, Does this exercise work the back too? or is a sore back (not bad sore) the next day mean I'm doing it wrong? I have my regular upper body day tommorow... ps. I DO have (the good kind of) pain in my butt too!
