I'm sorry to hear you have had so many problems, but

given the way you have been treated, would you really

want to rent an apartment at another complex that is

owned by the same corporation?

I wish you luck in finding a new place, and hopefully

when you go to the media, they will be willing to

listen.

if anyone will rent ,,,, see they BLACK LIST you here in this state ,, i found

this out form one of my neighbors who the past tennants next to her complained

,,, and they went all over and got refused ,,,,, they ended up in hotel untill

they bought ,,, this is sooo unfair ,,,, if i had to do it over ,,,, i woudl

have not said a thing just closed off that room and found a place and then

got out of the lease instead of trying to do the right thing ,,,,, so ,,,, rt

will be going on digest as i have to try to find a new place ,,

Oh my gosh, that is horrible. Thanks for explaining. I

don't think they do that in PA., where I live, and the

reason I asked about why you would want to rent from

the same company, was because the company that owns

the builidng where I live, owns a lot of other

buildings, not only in PA., but in other states as

well, and if I'm ever lucky enough to get out of this

" Mold Pit, " I'd never go to any of their other

buildings. Not only because of the mold, but because

even though they are a large company, they are nothing

but " glorified slumlords. "

yes, this happens, so does getting put on a black list for

homeowners insurance. work gets out quick sometimes and no one will

insure a toxic mold home, but than they turn around and say mold cant

hurt

you.
