Guest guest
Hi Barbara! Welcome to the group! To answer your question, cardio will be easy as you can walk/run/swim, etc. But for weight training bring a couple weights or use what's around you, sticks, trees, logs, people, cans of vegatable, rocks, etc. GET CREATIVE! This is an excellant way for you to challenge and overcome adversity! -

Guest guest
Hello everyone! I am excited to be joining you to learn more about one of my passions. I have a very acute sense of smell, however, the only functional application of it has been to answer the question " Does this [milk, meat, what-have-you] smell bad? I'd really like to smell something nice for a change! I have been studying essential oils for a while now after having had my affair with synthetics and recognizing that my true love lies in nature's offerings. I have made some interesting and rather pleasing (to me) blends so far, but it has been very hit or miss. I am interested in learning a more methodical approach for constructing a scent, sort of choosing which scent 'colors' to paint with to create the aroma 'image' I have in mind and I'm sure there are many techniques still unknown to me. I would also like to find some tips on working with resins and concretes and other hard-to-use oils. Like some of the other newbies here, I don't yet have a lot of experience or knowledge to share, but if my mistakes provide any learning opportunities, I'm happy to share those!
