I just wanted to thank all of you for the inspiration you give me.

When I went back and did my LBWO on Friday, I DID work my calves, and

since I did a different exercise (angled calf raises) it really

stretched those sore muscles, while working different ones (those

REALLY get your ankles and foot muscles!)

Anyway... while my hamstrings are still a bit sore, it's not as

unbearable as my calves were the other day, and my calves are no

longer sore at all.

Hope everyone is having a great holiday!

Glad you were able to work the soreness out AND get a workout in.

Way to go!

In that post I had meant to mention something else, too: before, I was

putting forth effort... but not ALL the effort I could. I have been pushing

harder, and hitting my 10's... and I feel great every time I leave the gym

one workout stronger!

Honestly... if you do the BFL workout BY THE BOOK... I don't see how you

could fail to be sore. I always have at least one sore body part... although

it seems to have peaked now, so hopefully there won't be any more of that

" so sore I walk like a granny " stuff!
