Brad,

I am in Flagstaff, AZ., about a 5 hour drive from Tucson, which may be too far for him since he has difficulty riding in a car. I don't know that I would call myself a muscle/joint specialist, but I would say that trigger point work is my specialty, and I have had success with many people who have tried other methods and gotten no relief. I've developed my own techniques over the years, which are gentle, non-invasive, and appear to be permanent. Most take more than one treatment.

Also, I have another Very Challenging case that needs a similar muscle/joint specialist, but in the Tucson, Az area. This patient is 46 yo male and has 6 years of trigger point like pain under his anterior / medial bicep-brachialis area that has slowly moved to the elbows over the years. He has nice stiffness and shoulder discomfort but no relief for any therapy except minor improvement with Massage, ultrasound and occasionally Chiropractic. Have tried prolotherpay, homeopathy, A/I diet, many supplements, adjustments, heating and massage techniques, imaging etc.

Interesting homeo case as he is a classic sulpher (messy, junk food, ego, gas) yet it has note moved him at all. Hepar Sulph fits as well and he is currently trying this remedy. He has severe, chronic sinusitis, short fuse/temp and argumentative, better cold application and climates, and is much worse from heat and riding in cars (gets nausea and slight vertigo). He is a born again Christian with history of drug and alcohol abuse - sober 7 years now.

Hi Brad,

With his hx of drug/etoh abuse, I wonder if his Serotonin is low? If so

that may contribute to his pain. Maybe a trial 5-htp? Just a quick thought.
