Guest guest
Hello All, I've just joined this group from Canada and have very much enjoyed reading so many inspiring cases from you. Thank you all. I am new to practice and don't have much experience yet with the BTGs but have a question about the Apple Cider Vinegar portion of them. I have noticed that most of the patients I have taking it experience " heartburn " with it. I have recommended 1/2 tsp. in about half a cup of water 20 min before meals. Could anyone provide any feedback about if this an appropriate recommendation? Also, is " heartburn " a typical symptom with it initially? I am thinking to just cut the dose to 1/4 tsp. A previous message on the topic indicated brown rice vinegar is more tolerated by some who got migraines with the ACV. Any input would be very much appreciated. Thanks so much, Lorraine McCarthy N.D.
