Guest guest
I am not part of Pam Brown's entourage. I saw her at the Spring NPC and was highly disappointed. She had to weigh over 200 hundred pounds, she does not maintain a health lifestyle and her website is a fraud, because she looks nothing like her photos right now. I had a discussion with Swigg and said this had been an ongoing discussion for a long time. I had admired and look up to Pam Brown, then saw her in person and the let down was incredible. I was angry and hurt that she presents something on line that she doesn' have. She might have had it once, but she doesn't keep it. So, I just wanted to give an example, of what can be done at home. I have been following the principles of Bill for about two years. I have a thyroid problem, so I spend more time with areobics, but I have lost 25 pounds so far. Anne M. Guest guest
Wow! That's a lot of work Anne Marie - you look fanfrickentastic! I applaud you for your determination and willpower. Could you give us a list of what a typical day of eating would be for you - not competing time/off-season. And also, a list of your daily exercises by their muscle group breakdown? You are an inspiration to all of those that for whatever reason can't get to a gym. I've always been told that you can only go so far with your workouts at home but you've blown that myth away! Thanks~ McCusker Health & Nutrition <a.mccusker@...> wrote: Sorry here is the link, 3rd picture down, middle women, red bathing suit every work out at home. http://www.customizedphysiques.com/index.cfm?id=12047 & fuseaction=browse & pageid=3\ 8 Anne Marie
