Hello,

Let me take a moment to welcome the new members to the board. Also, a big

thank you to members who have been on the board for some time. You will get

a wealth of knowledge here.

However, sometimes there is a difference of opinion. Sometimes not all will

agree. Most topics when discussed and there is a difference of opinion will

go to private e-mail. But, then at times things are said that could affect

other members on the board, and need to be discussed openly. This does not

happen regularly, but when it does there is a need for it.

We hope that you enjoy your visit here, and gain knowledge, understanding,

and learn. This forum will help you deal with topics that many do not even

want to discuss. Please, feel free to ask any questions. We are all here

to help, and enjoy doing so.
