, I recently had a patient with similar concerns and tried Immunoscience and AcuChem. AcuChem has many indepth panels and Im sure would test for dry cleaning chemicals. The toxicologist "" would be ideal to contact as he answered all of my questions and really knows his stuff! He recommended using fat biopsies for old exposures as the blood level samples are too low. You would have to send the pt to a lab or surgeon though to get the sample, but they will send you the test kits. Dr Lasiter is also available for questions at Acuchem and his number is (972) 234-5412 or is a rep there at 800-451-0116 x 3014 and she can put you in contact with the above experts and is a good place to start. Good luck and let me know what you find out. Blessings,Brad
