Guest guest
I gotta say thanx too I went and read the article on EFL vs BFL and I Loved it and agree totally. I try not to sweat the small stuff when it comes to food, and try to just remember this: For me personally BTW : If I have not had a drink of alcohol or a cigarette today, I am successful and a winner, anything else is a bonus! Eating right, exercising and trying to uplift/help at least one person a day are bonus's of clean living for me. I was a couch potatoe, 12 pack a night, pack a butts a day, RPG puter playing slug who worked full time at a job I hated. And now I think better, smell better, breathe better and eat better than I have in my entire life I am also back in school to make my dream come true to be a nurse I have no doubt that the sexy (uhummm, yes I could still be sexy @ 44 LOL .... little clothes will fit in time...but it was years of unfit living that got me FAT, I know it will take some time to get FIT. I am entering a challenge though. I figure why not? I'm following the BFL plan anyway..... And, what if I won ???? WOOT!!!!hehehe I am so glad there are those of you moderaters around and BFL'ifers who are still here to teach, inspire and motivate me:) Ok, Ok, back to studying....but I will be thinking of you all *hugs* Anjil
Guest guest
That is the best article yet . Hysterically funny and it relates to me completly! I am constantly thinking I am on or off. Starting over and and over and never really doing it. It is a life solution and I need to treat it that way!
