Guest guest
Carla, I know we talked extensively when you were here but I have one more thing to say. (Somehow I get the feeling I will always have something else to say!) Not so much about the business plan itself, but an item for the " Important and Urgent " catgory of the daily list: Check the weather! I scheduled or rescheduled several pts (some acute)for this a.m., and now there is a snowstorm... I had 4 pts scheduled for today, and I think I'll be lucky to see 2 of them - and, I could have seen them yesterday if I'd thought ahead. I know west of the Cascades this doesn't make sense, as two common adages are: " Never believe the weather folks, " and " If you don't like the weather, wait ten minutes. " But in the DC area the weather forecasts seem to be about 90% accurate. Here is the NOAA / NWS website. Type in your city & state and you'll get a fairly accurate weekly weather report: http://www.weather.gov/ Bookmark the page w/ your local info, and check it every day!
