Guest guest
Sharum, Dont completely know the answers to your questions, but maybe this will help. We talk about using estrogenic oils (EFAs/pumpkin & flax) during the first 14 days to support the menses to ovulation period with these anti-inflam, nourishing oils, estrogen suppporting oils, and... then during the ovulation phase, days 14-28 (full moon to no moon), we use the EPO/GLA oils (sunflower and sesame) to support this progesteronic dominant phase (due to higher Omega 6 oils, supporting progesterone is the thinking). Dr Thom talks about this working 70% of the time with women and the other 30% need to be flipped, as do mens, usually. I think the moon phases just makes sense with a womans cycle and is easier to follow if one is a man or is woman who is currently irregular. Anyone else. this sound right? Guest guest
This is totally correct. Sometimes it works for men to follow their partners cycle IF they are having hormonal/ prostate issues. Otherwise they should just eat the seeds for "health" reasons. Throughout time the gravitational forces have felt to be the iniation of a woman's menses. So the energetic cosmos has decided for us that the NEW moon should be the day to start bleeding. If a woman's cycles are irregular (not 26-30 days), then just follow the moon cycle for at least 3 menses to see if you get it more regular. Once the menses is 26-30 days, then she should follow her own biological clock. Dick Thom Beaverton, OR Sharum, Dont completely know the answers to your questions, but maybe this will help. Guest guest
Sharum, Dr. Thom's ideas came from Christiane Northrup's book "Women's Bodies, Women's Wisdom". She talks about the moon cycle and using EFA's to support the cycle. Brad is correct. If a women's cycle is irregular, have her follow the moon cycle with seeds and homeopathic hormones.
