Guest guest
On the Today Show yesterday they said, 'I thought', an EPA report on particulate matter said that CA and NY had dirtiest air, and South Dakota, Montana and Wyoming had the cleanest. Particulate matter is air is thought to cause many health problems. I've been trying to find report so I can see where other states landed on this report but haven't been able to find it. I've found other headlines on the report but not the report. I called the EPA and talked to a fellow there who said only report he knew of was in 2003. He wasn't aware of anything more recent but he did say it would give state by state or county by county assessments. If anyone looks this up and finds it, please post it. I might try to do some more looking later. EPA guy I talked to said perhaps it was report by Lung Association and I did find a report there, at this link. Apparently they do these periodically. http://lungaction.org/reports/sota05_cities.html (This was interesting chart I found on a wider range of pollutants: http://www.rd.com/content/openContent.do?contentId=15115 )
