Yay! Success! Please help me write a letter for my Physician (Carl? Nurses/MD'S?)

Hi everyone. One small step for mold-human-kind;)

I went away for a while, and my immunologist is so

impressed at how different I am now that I've been

away that he's willing to write a letter saying that

he thinks the mold is definitely related to my

ill-health. Yay! It's taken a long time for him to

get to this step.

He told me to write a 4 paragraph letter of what I'd

like him to say/include. I'm just so brain-fogged

right now I can't put words together.

Could anyone help me with this? Or just send me

snippets ?

Basically, the letter is so that I can more likely

find a lawyer to take a personal injury case - both so

that I can get money back for back-rent, and for all

my ruined possessions (I am less concerned with trying

to get tons of money for medical stuff as I know it's

the hardest to prove).
