Guest guest
I have the same problem. One thing that might help is Flax Oil. Or you might try having a meal that's slightly higher in fat -- like 4% cottage cheese instead of the lower fat. It might fill you up a little more. Something else you might do is go for a walk when you get home to get your mind off of food until it's time to eat again. And use Sunday (or whatever other day is convenient) as a prep day to make as many meals as you need for the week. Guest guest
I do something similar but I do it when I'm cooking for the evening anyway. I add extra, planned leftovers, to use for my lunch. For instance, if I'm grilling chicken for dinner, I'll cook a large package and freeze the remaining portions in baggies to grab for my lunches. Same with potatoes. While I've got the oven on cooking a couple for dinner, I cook a few extra for lunch. Those and a bag or two of salad mix makes easy and quick lunches. _________________ " Whatever women must do they must do twice as well as men to be thought half as good.
