Drainage bibliography

I have received many encouraging emails regarding the

ides of putting together an online bibliography of

resources, but few have contained information that I

can use. Thank you to the couple of people who have

suggested titles. I can't do a comprehensive job by

myself. Please send me ideas even if you assume I

already have the book on my list or if you only have

partial information. I don't mind spending some time

tracking titles down if I know what I am looking for.
