Guest guest
Hi, I noticed that someone mentioned that they sell Kombucha tea products at Whole Foods, so I tried Kombucha for the first time today. I have to admit that I was disappointed by the first sip but it did not take long for the taste to become reallly enjoyable - I understand that I likely will not be able to duplicate the exact flavor if I make it at home but I ordered a starter kit from the Happy Herbalist site (found like on recent post) anyway - more economical and I want to have more control over the sugar content of the final beverage that I consume. By the way I think that I did notice a positive difference in my energy and the way I felt today. I am really excited about all of this but I am a little concerned that having something fermenting in my kitchen is going to produce an odd smell (even if all goes well with the process) - is that a problem and if so what do you do to counteract?
