sometimes i grind them just a little so they have large chunks and put them on

my salads...

and then i grind them to flour. if they are sprouted and dehydrated first, u

may not have the constipation problem...try it! also, not sure u can get enough

flour with a coffee grinder, however, with the magic bullet or vitamix, it

grinds great!

so I sprout some almonds, dry them, and then grind them?
