Guest guest
Since I just signed up for Overstock and opted into their email list, they sent me a coupon for 10% off my entire order. I ordered a kit with lots of seeds for my sister for Christmas. Got shipping for $1 too! Can't beat that! I started 3 more trays of seeds last night - radish, clover, and 5 part salad mix with alfalfa, radish, mung bean, lentil, and broccoli. I go back out on a 2 day trip tomorrow morning and get home Tuesday night. Hopefully Wednesday I'll have more sprouts to eat. I still have a little bit left from my 1st batch a few days ago. I have alfalfa and bean salad mix with adzuki, lentil, mung, and radish. I wasn't very fond of the alfalfa the other day, but I tried it a different way for lunch. 2 huge handfuls in a bowl with honey mustard. It tasted so good I had another bowl. Am very excited to be eating healthier. Am very hopeful to start experiencing better health. For starters, my allergies, blood pressure, and weight. Then there's the long term that I'm worried about, CANCER. This scare with my sister has really shaken us up. I am really interested in reading about how everyone eats their sprouts, what kind of dishes might go well with Thanksgiving dinner, what percentage of your diet is actually sprouts, and what health benefits you have experienced. I may not have much time to post often, but I have been reading faithfully. Hubby and I FINALLY got smart phones for our anniversary last month and I'm able to go online between flights and read. It's kind of hard to post sometimes, but easy to read. Have a great day! Joyce
