Guest guest
My grandmother lives in an apartment, not far from my apartment... hence the exterior climate is almost identical. Not sure if her kitchen is on the whole warmer, but this is what I am suspecting. The thing is, I gave her some scobies twice. She followed my recipe. She brewed them in 2 completely different containers. They both produced beautiful very thick scobies. Now, my scobies are nothing to complain about. But they are at most 1/2 as thick as hers. Do you think it is the temperature? I can't think what else it would be. So, basically I guess I'm asking if warmer temps produce thicker scobies? michael.
