Urbara, cheese cloth is fine. Used it all the time when I first started. Also

used wife's old pantyhose. The cheese cloth tends to stay really wet, so make

sure your seeds are not touching the cloth after each rinse. Pantyhose is better

because it is lighter and dries faster after the rinse.

I just started some jars - I am using cheese cloth...hope it will be OK
