Healthiest Species of Avocado?

I am trying to determin what type of Avocado Tree to plant in my back yard.

Who knows it may be my staple food when I get old. So, I know avocados have

different

levels of oil content, ranging from 7% to 30% I read somewhere, so I imagine I

want the

avocado that has the highest content of omega oils...

At my nearby Lowes home center they have

Hass, Holiday, Fuerte, and

species. Anyone know which is best for food value and to grow in the coastal

Los Angeles area?
