If they admit liability or take the blame, then they have to pay the price & they'll be held accountable. Its ALL about $$$$$$$$$$. They care nothing about people..... & that's been proven, over & over. They dont care about how much could the cause cost us later, its what will we have to pay out now. even take me for example.. The navys draggin their feet about this stupid house thing, ripping out our hallway where the mold is. But how many hundreds of thousands of dollars have they spent on me for medical care, BECAUSE of the mold? Probably quite a few. 3 years of chronic headaches, in the ER 2-3 times a week, countless neuro visits, medications.. and some of those meds arent cheap!! All they see is we're going to have to pay " X " ammount to rip out this hallway in this house...Its all about the dollar. When I came home in a wheelchair, (after a solid MONTH in the hospital) I did a TON of that, too. :>( I was a person who took dance lessons, & went dancing 2-3 nites a week.....till I woke up paralyzed. UNFORGIVABLE.... & they're getting by with this!!!!!!!! V. Location feels like that large nerve that runs down your whole body and goes into the leg near your spinal tail based on what it feels like. I grab it real hard and massage it. I'm probably not in the right mood to respond to any e-mails because my girlfriend said something tonight which reveals to me she doesn't have any idea what I'm going through. I feel like dumping her! The problem with Rheumatoid Arthritis is that if you happen to have a couple of good days you're in shock, and the rest of the time it's dragging you down, therefore everything becomes about pain management or about (when you feel good) treating the condition to feel better. And that's what your life get to be all about. Wish I could take something like in the commercials and it would all be over. Stan, Seattle, Rainy. [ ] Just Venting... Yesterday, I went out w/ my cousin. I am sure you guys have heard this before and it just gets on my nerves. She was telling me that my aunt has RA and she is having surgery on her hand. I have had friends tell me that they have RA and each and every single one of them are talking about OA . Even though I try to educate friends and family that there are different types of arthritis. Then I get the whole speal of " If your having such problems, why don't you take (insert DMARD with a commerical ). If it were that easy... Sorry, it got on my nerves and I had to share because I am tired of people telling me that they have RA and all they take is Aleve .
