I Really don't know I've been thru so much the past 6 years really 13 living in

HUD Housing I don't think I have LUPUS and really need to see another Doctor to

tell me that.the Doctor gave me Plaquenil for it but I don't take it any more

for over a year now until another Doctor tell me I have LUPUS. I really don't

think the Doctor really know what my problem is he doesn't understand Mold

are.........I'm and Activist for the poor on this ISSUE I was in Court today and

have to go back in 10 days.No To MCcormick being reinstated as President of the

NAACP.

Who? Who Can be trusted?

In the Determination sent to me dated June 28, 2004, the allegations attributed

to me are incorrect. My primary complaint is not that I was discriminated

against on the basis of race and certainly is not that I was discriminated

against on the basis of mental disability. I do not have a mental disability.

While racial discrimination may very well be involved in my dismissal from

Venice Cove Apartments, the primary contributing factor, and my primary

complaint, is that management discriminated against me because of my insistence

that I be placed in housing appropriate to my medical needs. In retaliation for

my insistence and continued advocacy for the rights of those living in public

housing, I was denied admission to Venice Cove Apartments.

After assigning me to three different apartments, the management of Venice Cove

grew frustrated with my unwillingness to be housed in substandard conditions.

Venice Cove Apartments originally was supportive of my attempt to rent from

them, despite my recent eviction, which they understood as unfair and possibly

illegal. Only after I insisted that my needs be taken into account when

deciding what unit to place me in did they seek a justification for denying me

tenancy. For example, after I made it clear that I wished to see the apartment

prior to moving in, the management's attitude toward me changed abruptly and

unfavorably. When a justification for turning me away was not to be had, Venice

Cove Apartments fabricated and distorted my credit so that they could safely

refuse me.

After I was rejected from Venice Cove Apartments, I applied to Bridgewater

Apartments, which found no issue with either my credit nor previous evictions? A

year later Bridgewater where the management of Venice worked before coming to

Venice Coves Bridgewater refuse to renew my lease without cause? Bridgewater

evicted me.

As a woman on disability and with both a medical condition and medically

documented aggravated sensitivity toward mold and other contaminants I belong to

a protected class.

I was told by Venice Cove that I was qualified to rent from them until I

advocated on my own behalf for a apartment consistent with my needs. I was

ready, willing, and able.

I attempted to rent consistent with the terms of Venice Cove while remaining

aware of and asserting my own rights to fair and healthy living conditions.

Venice Cove must not refuse to provide fair living conditions if they are

certified to receive public housing applicants. Venice Cove did refuse this to

me.

If Venice Cove fails to provide fair living conditions to all that live within

the apartment complex Venice Cove would no longer be certified by public

housing. In that Venice Cove was certified, Venice Cove must have sought to

show that they do conform to fair living conditions as stipulated by public

housing, which would require that they do offer housing which was denied to me

on account of my refusal to be housed in contradiction to my reasonable and

demonstrable needs. Doing this time my Medical was also turnmated for one month?

V Brown was my worker that had to get ,my medical back ! sudden Change?

It was the President of the NAACP Bill McCormick that said this was

Discrimination and has now changed his mine and that the person is Hispanic

person? DAAAaaa, there are other Question marks to follow Like the word

( " mental " )? another is Ron Mills? he lives with my best friend I've Known over

25 years! my Landlord was his boss???? Like Marvin said! what's going on.

This Letter also say Krissy Parrish had Knowledge of my so call mental &

physical disability Question mark on the Mental part? Well all I can say is

think God Supervisor Of election Oliphant has protection from theses people,

Bill McCormick was to go against her but didn't in the end.

Please investigate.

brought the Woman that lived in the Apartment I was to take. she worked for the

Company hope you understand, I'm ILL and this is a long storysomething happen to

my computer that had every thing on it. and I don't feeling like telling this

story again but hope for justice.

This is just a small example of what power does to the less than? NEW Government

Building I would have BEEN ONE OF THE FIRST TO LIVE THERE. NO THEY RAPED MY

CREDIT PUT ME ON THE STREET homeless for three months. Where was the NAACP, HUD

Housing, Legal AID, and others? I Vote and all I can hear is I can't just

because my shoes didn't fit?

Hi Elvira:

I'm sorry Elvira that you haven't had the proper tests to really determine

if you have Lupus or not and hope you will be able to find someone to help

you. It's good you stopped taking the plaquenil. That drug requires

comprehensive vision tests periodically since the drug can affect vision and

sometimes very severely. All those with Lupus taking plaquenil are given an

eye exam prior to taking the drug and at least every 6 months to year while

on the drug. You made a safe decision.

It's good to have support but my condition seem to be getting much worse and

because of what happen to me in the Hospital 2 times last year. I was Kidnapped

thrown into a mental Hospital because this sleeping Dog wouldn't let go if you

only know this has to be hell?
