Swingle to appear on ABC Primetime, July 1, Mapping the Brain.

Just a note to say that Swingle, our neurofeedback practitioner,

will appear on ABC Primetime on July 13th, in a program called " Mapping

the Brain. "

I'm afraid I don't know the specific focus of the program.

Also, a quick update on my daughter's progress. She's had about 30

sessions and she continues to make great strides with neurofeedback

plus omegas. Her teacher tested her on the last day of school; she is

now reading at a fifth grade level. (She just finished first grade.)

Granted, this is a child with strong innate verbal ability.

Nonetheless, she could not read at all until October of this year.

She's not 100% " there " yet – rage can still surface from time to time,

she still shows some tendency to get stuck and balk about transitions,

when stressed, she gets quite hyper – but she's doing much, much

better. We have to take a break for seven weeks because we'll be in

another province. I guess that will allow us to see if she has

consolidated her gains.
