Got the CSM

I'm tired and posting to say I have my CSM and took my first dose at

6:30. Trying to learn the when to take and when to take LDN/or meds

later and vitamins etc. I liked Dr. and have another appt.

April 3. He took a lot of blood samples and will hear from them

within two weeks. I failed the visual test but it wasn't real bad

and I didn't see the last 3-5 on the right side I think all the way

down. I think the visual test would have been real different without

the LDN I've been on since Dec. 2004. Gave Dr. T info on LDN

too. Will post blood test results as they come.

Dr. T said my petri dish from work looked like penecillum and said

not good to be in that. I have to look again but think something

else was growing that looked different from the Penc. in that

tray. I called back the hvac guy just hoping he still had my duct

taped plenum and I'd get samples and have tested. Dr. T would have

like to see the results of that. I showed him what grew as of

now. I'm tired and off to shower. I have been showering before

bed now.

I hepa vaccumed my car when I got home and covered on seat but

couldn't get that seat cover on just right. I vinegar wiped down

other areas and got those crazy beach towels off my seat I had been

using to cover seats.
