Guest guest
About 4 years ago when i started to make K-Tea I was on the discussion group run by bob williams. I then learn that kombucha tea was made in manchuria china. I do not remember what name it was called. As the story goes some monks brewed some green tea and forgot about it and it turned to K-tea. It was good for their heath. They started deinking a cup a day. They lived well over a 100. This was 2000 years ago. Bob willuiams pass on last year.
