Guest guest Posted August 1, 2010 Report Share Posted August 1, 2010 I was on a diabetic forum not to long ago, an I was describing how I grow sprouts and how I eat them, and someone posted " I hope you are taking a zinc supplement because eating sprouts can deplete your body of zinc " I thought sproutes provided EVERYTHING THE BODY NEEDED. Is she correct? I bought Optizinc and I take it 3 times a week, to build my immune system. Of course I do take Vitamin C also. So is there any truth to this zinc thing? Thanks if anyone knows.
