Guest guest
I have always assumed that Rooibos was a specially prepared tea - Camellia sinensis. However in searching for its availability here in Australia I see that is a herb of a different genus. Is it used in the brewing of Kombucha instead of tea, in addition to tea, or have I missed the point entirely and it is consumed independent of Kombucha? Stay well, Trevor www.kombuchaustralia.com PS - something is up in New Zealand - the fourth consecutive request for starter cultures arrived today! Any Kiwis on the list? Please email me ozpy@...
