Thank you once again everyone for all of your help, and your suggestions. I

said that I would keep all of you posted, and have received several e-mails

asking how the kids were doing. So, here it goes.

There is nothing but positive I have to say. It is getting easier day by

day to figure the diet out. I did add back in milk, but 2 different milks

for each child. All seems fine with that.

My mother started making homemade bread without fillers, and additives, not

salt, no sugar. Just flour, 1/2 the yeast and water. 1/2 a slice as a

treat, every other day. So far seems fine.

Teacher conferences last week. Teachers wondered what had happened as the

children are paying attention, my son is not as active. I just said great,

didn't want to get into the diet. We have seen the same changes here.

My daughter has not had to take a " Zofran " in 2 weeks, in the beginning she

did get stomach aches but they did not lead to the usual vomiting, and

hosptalization. She has more energy, gotten color back in her whole body,

and is more pleasant. So, in itself that is a miracle. She has been having

her cough more often, (asthmatic) so I have decided to take organic raw nuts

out of her diet, and see if that helps, as she has not had it in months this

often.

It is easier now to eliminate, since there are so few things left in the

diet.

Well, that about sums it up. Again, thank you to EVERYONE for your help. I

feel this has not only changed our health, but has allowed my daughter to

have a better life. One she has not had for over 4 years now. I can't say

" THANK YOU " enough.
