Guest guest
I was wondering if anyone has tried Sproutpeople's Amber Waves of Grain or any of their mixes that contain garbanzos. Thought someone mentioned it. I am eyeing the Kat Grass mix and thinking of soaking that for myself. The cats won't mind, they like any kind of grass And I can make enough for them and me. It is a mix of several grasses you can either grow out as grass and juice or soak and sprout for eating. But back to the garbanzos-- I have not tried sprouting garbanzos in a long time--last time I did they didn't sprout well and the time before they didn't smell right (used the old mason jar that time).I am no where near putting in another order for sprouting materials, but like to keep a list of what I want to try next. Am really happy with what I have been eating so far.Tonight was a late snack/dinner of a toasted bagel thin, nondairy cream cheese and a huge pile of Sproutpeople's Italian mix. I prefer the Russian, probably because of the dill it contains, but the Italian is good. Am about to soak some Cabbage and Mustard--I think that combo will be a hit in my house. n
