Guest guest
I would be careful to do something in between taking CSM to replace minerals lost to CSM. Stained teeth could be demineralization of teeth causing them to turn color and demineralization of body could cause accelerated bone loss. Perhaps getting a wheat grass juicer and taking a shot of wheat grass in between CSM would help to remineralize and also add the cleansing of your body. I know some people who take wheat grass shots and hold them in their mouth for 5 minutes, then switch them around, before swallowing to clean mouth and mineralize teeth. I know to clean mouth, and I 'think' to mineral teeth. Perhaps a good quality mineral supplement but I'm into whole food rather than supplements. Also could be done with vegetable juice from juicing green leafy vegetables as fruits and veggies are supposed to be rich in minerals. Perhaps just upping your intake of fruits and veggies would do it. I don't know but they say 5-7 servings of fruits and veggies daily or I would think if you are on CSM, doubling that would be good idea. Guest guest
Hi Barb we are a chatty group today. You are correct however my realistic input is that most people cannot grow their own wheat grass nor afford a special juicer needed for the wheat grass. Plus we need more than just the microminerals found in wheat grass. Barley, kamut, alfalfa, etc are also easy to grow and contain minerals. The easiest way for those who cannot grow their own wheat grass nor wish to run to a health food store for the " shot " of the day is to purchase a product called " Concentrace Trace mineral drops " . It's liquid, sold in 8 ounces. I have a quart water pitcher, will add 40 drops of this every morning to the water, a little celtic sea salt or real salt and drink my water. Your idea of juicing is great; however most people just don't have access to fresh organic vegetables on a daily basis nor can they afford the fresh vegetables, some don't have time or the energy needed to make the juices so we need to give them an easier solution for their specific abilities. We also have a number of herb teas very high in minerals which do not require any growing ability. Some of my favorites are nettles and oat straw, alfalfa, horsetail. They can be purchased in bulk dried, infused as a tea overnight, strained and consumed throughout the day. There are many others but these are inexpensive and a viable solution for many. FYI I've looked closely at the wheat grass trays in Whole Foods and other places selling the fresh juice and have often seen mold growing in the soil in the trays. I wouldn't want to drink that. Just my petals of thoughts, Rosie [] CSM and stained teeth, etc I would be careful to do something in between taking CSM to replace minerals lost to CSM.
