FW: Artifacting won't work

Pete and everyone.

Making do with a laptop (computer at work got fried because of something

called a neutral wire...apparently surge protectors aren't much help against

it).

Anyway, using a machine that has newly installed Office 2003 with SP2. Had

to place TLC with options in Office11/Xlstart folder. The assessment seems

to be working after I changed reference, but when I artifact, and open the

txt file in Excel. Minutes are not separated, and no " red " characters for

possible artifact numbers. Any suggestions what might be the problem ?
