Fribromyalgia by Onereddevl2, 3/16/06 9:11 ET Re: HELP! INFECTIONS by stbgurl05, 3/16/06 Is not a real disease. It is made up by doctors because they don't know what is wrong with you. From experience.....I have been told that I have fibro.... not true. I told THAT doctor that I had a thyroid problem. He didn't believe me. He told me I have Fibro and Biopolor. Left that doctor.ANOTHER doctor tested me and gave me thyroid medicine. GEE, I seem to be feeling a lot better now. 48891.1.1. what does by pinobean, 3/16/06 12:07 ET Re: HELP! INFECTIONS by stbgurl05, 3/16/06 fibro and bipolar have to do with each other? was this chalmette doctors? isnt one physical and the other emotional? good for you for going to a second doctor. doctors that dont listen to the patients suck. 48891.2. stbgurl05 by radtech1987, 3/16/06 9:22 ET Re: HELP! INFECTIONS by stbgurl05, 3/16/06 Good morning, First of all do you know that the three diseases you mention lupus, ms and fibro. are all autoimmune diseases? You cannot contract them from mold exposure. In the case of MS your body knows by the time you are 15 if you will develop the disease. If your md tells you that you have ms or another autoimmune disease from the mold exposure due to the hurricane, I would find another md. Sinus and respiratory concerns yes but the others you mentioned I don't think so. 48891.2.1. It is mold, plain and simple.I know many people don't want by ben89, 3/16/06 10:00 ET Re: HELP! INFECTIONS by stbgurl05, 3/16/06 to believe it but a lot of people are getting life long incureable illness from living in the parish with mold.everyone should move out ASAP till all mold is gone 48891.2.1.1. Mold by hydroholic, 3/16/06 10:40 ET Re: HELP! INFECTIONS by stbgurl05, 3/16/06 Mold is everywhere. Always has been. Mold is older than the human race. Where should she go? The moon? Nasa does have a plan to return to the moon. On the moon, she won't have to worry about mold or flooding although oxygen would be a major concern. 48891.2.2. I keep getting so many different answers. by stbgurl05, 3/16/06 11:23 ET Re: HELP! INFECTIONS by stbgurl05, 3/16/06 One doctor told me that I have Lupus (always had problems with my blood since a child. The doctor said because of my blood and the stress from the storm could bring Lupus on. He also said I have FM (which I do not have any pain points) I'm weak, faint feeling, fever, choulder hurt etc. Flu feeling but its not the flu. The doctor listened to my chest and their is not ratling. I don't know what to think. 48891.3. INFECTIONS by CANDOWRONG, 3/16/06 11:26 ET Re: HELP! INFECTIONS by stbgurl05, 3/16/06 I don't know about the mold but I know my 10yr old nephew has just been hospitalized in slidell for passing Blood through the rectum something to do with the water in the parish. 48891.3.1. Guest guest
Yes, this is pretty upsetting to read all the confusion out there, because of the failure of the medical profession in general to recognize that mold causes illness. These people have suffered enough. --- who <jeaninem660@...> wrote: > OMG, just reading this causes a mixture of > emotions, this is sad > that this is > happening > > > > > > St. Bernard/Plaquemines area. > > http://www.nola.com/forums/stbtownhall/ > > > > > > 48891.
