That makes perfect sense to me Bev and although I am new, I still believe in

Kombucha, It didn't scare me off. I do have a question for you though. I

brewed my tea for my next batch yesterday morning thinking I was ready for to

harvest my KY but when I tested it, it was still a little too sweet so I decided

to

wait another day. My tea has been setting covered on the stove since then. Do

you think it is still all right to use for my next batch? Or should I make

another pot of tea?
