I was intrigued by Ann Wigmore's recipe for Rejuvelac and wondered if the liquid produced from grains with gluten in them, has gluten in it as well? I'm avaoiding gluten and love what's happening for me because I am. So I would like to make sure there is no gluten in Rejuvelac before I start making it. Can anybody help me with this?
