Guest guest
Hallo, I had a 9 year old client who takes ritalin retard for a training. His EEG looks quit normal to me but I never see him without medication. The parents want to get him of ritalin but they had very bad experience when he didnt take it one day (feeling sick and beeing very agressive). So they only want to reduce after some training. So far I only had patients where the ritalin effect was almost gone by the time of our training and there I saw tots of theta and high beta. Does it make sense to train theta down althought it looks " normal " for a nine year old? High beta he reduced very quickly by reducing muscle tension in his jaw - so there was no more problem in that frequency range either. He was just too normal for me to define the training goal. I would be very happy about any feedback. Regina
