Guest guest
My apologies to the group for doing this in public, but I was contacted in the past couple days by one or more of you having problems with leads on your ActivEEG's (shorts which caused them to drop out sporadically). I passed the request for replacement on to Brainquiry and they have (typically) responded quickly. Unfortunately, I can't remember who is was, and I don't have the original e-mails, and the mail I got from BrainQuiry did not include the information I sent them about the client, etc., etc. SO...if you had this problem, please read the following and send your wire(s) to that address for replacements.
