And didn't you get my email about storing veggies. I am trying to pick your

brain. I want to put a whole bunch of veggies including bok choy into the big

OSO Fresh container (I just got the whole set). I wrote you.

Yes, I did see that e-mail. I didn't realize that it was directed to me. As fast

as you eat your sprouts, I keep wondering why you worry so much about storing

them.

As for the other vegetables. I don't store vegetable like squash in anything.

Zucchini and other summer type squashes go in the fridge, but not in bags.

Greens go in bags. Each in its own bag. I don't get upset if something starts to

turn, because I just trim it and send the trimmings to the compost pile. Its a

win-win situation for me.

Winter squashes are stored in a cool dry place. They stand up really well. I

usually have a dozen butternut and a half a dozen spaghetti squash , plus others

stored for the winter, but this year, I had a crop failure and only got one

butternut and one spaghetti squash - and its already been eaten. I will have to

shop at the farmer's market this year.
