Other than the negative effects of consuming sugar, is there any

problem with sweetening my daily drink of tea?

I found my second batch to be much more acidic than my first

one was (which I assume means the scoby is really healthy and

doing its job well) despite a shorter brew time. I find that adding

a teaspoon of sugar to the drink makes it even more delicious to

my coca-cola addicted tongue.
