Guest guest
has anyone had any bad experiences with Splenda while living in a moldy home. I just remembered an episode around a year ago that made me very, very ill, when I ate half a pint of ice cream that had Splenda in it and seemed to get semi-sick for days.. (It clogged something important up inside me, it seemed..) I had cramps like you wouldn't believe. Lots of pain that wouldn't go away. Mold symptoms.. major toxicity seemed to be unleashed.. This was before I found CSM and before I really knew we had a *toxic* mold problem (although I suspected something of the like) So, I must have had a lot of toxins in me at that time.. The Spenda definitely triggered something.. I've avoided Splenda since then.. just thinking about it makes me ill.. Anyone else know what I'm talking about or what might have happened? BTW, I don't have a gall bladder anymore.. Similar story.. similar toxic reactions..actually.. different area for pains, though.. (the Splenda hurt lower)
Guest guest
I don't have a gall bladder either- the sorbital in that type of ice cream can give you the runs- and cramps- but when de-toxing it is probably best to eat as clean as possible- I still eat splenda- I feel I have given up so much,I want allitle sweet in my coffee- what can I say-I am not perfect --- In , LiveSimply <quackadillian@...> wrote: > > has anyone had any bad experiences with Splenda while living in a > moldy home. Guest guest
Here is a little info...I agree that it has not been through enough testing as this website cites. http://www.mercola.com/2006/jan/5/guess_whos_joined_in_the_splenda_fig ht.htm On the same side, I had serious reactions from nutra sweet as well and that was before I lived in a moldy home. --- In , LiveSimply <quackadillian@...> wrote: > > has anyone had any bad experiences with Splenda while living in a > moldy home.
