Dear ,

I you use apple cider vinegar instead of distilled white vinegar for

starter, be sure it is pasteurized or you might get MOV (Mohter of

Vinegar) They say it looks like a scoby. but you won't have real

Kombucha Tea.

Now that I think of it, I believe it was the distilled white vinegar

that I used in my tea. Anyhow, never had any problems with my kombucha

culture. Except for now I need a new one...Anyone?? LOL
