Guest guest
Hi Melody, Gil's sprouting video gave me the idea for using the salad spinners in the first place. I really enjoy his videos (I find the salad spinners are just like BIGGER copies of the Easy Sprouters. I fill my spinners with water each time I rinse them & the hulls float right to the top. I scoop them out by the handful. Then use the spinning motion to get the excess H2O out.. Actually I find the salad spinners that I bought has holes that allow the mung beans that are hard & do not want to sprout to pass right through & I can dispose of them. After the initial soaking the mungs all swell except the hard ones, so the good ones don't fall through & the hard do....Great little spinners.
