update on molded refrigerator

Head boss had my boss talk to the health and safety person of our

department and he told my boss it's ILLEGAL to send a contaminated

appliance to surplus and to get it out of the building asap and take to

landfill!! Illegal to have it in here too. I have emailed once again

the head boss telling him my mention of testing this building wasn't

just the contaminated refrigerator b/c I know my boss isn't telling him

the whole story. I said I have had problems first 1-2 yrs in here

developing chronic sinus to headaches to neuro damge and it is in no

way just from my home. My eyes do not burn now at home but do not have

much time to recover during week but if I'm out 2-3 days, I have notice

some change but when I walk in work place, feels like acid is in them

and yesterday throat burned too. It's not as musty in here today and I

think they have stopped turning off and on the system but still

whatever is in the hvac and ducts still blowing in here. We will see

what happens next. I know my boss will play down what is seen inside

b/c they are going to open it outside to look. I'm not going near it

b/c a month ago when not taped I was in a FOG and opened it by mistake

and it stunk so bad and I got me a dose of toxins and I saw visable

mold in there and lots of it. It's been brewing since before Christmas

unplugged.
