Guest guest
Diane, I'll start with a simple answer to your question, and I'm sure Pete or someone else more eloquent will elaborate. Your client shows that both temporal sites are overactivated. This is more in the TLC category of " hot temporals " or " irritable temporal lobes. " (Still " tone " issues) Still significant, still need to train those to calm down the limbic system. I usually do a 2 channel (summed)Windowed squash: inhibit 2-12 and 15-38hz. Even though she doesn't show high levels of the slow waves, I prefer to inhibit them also...helps avoid negative reactions. The " disconnect " is when one side is significantly different than the other, which, in some ways, she shows...maybe not to the whole 2x proportion...but that T4 sure is high. You could try just inhibiting the T4 (wide band) and see what her reaction is, compared to the 2 channel. If she likes just the T4 better, do that for awhile and then start the 2 channel when the T4 calms down. Hope this at least gets part of your question answered.
