A lot of vitamins are synthetic. So you have the problem of a racemic mix of

isomers.

Much better to grow your own.

You know their history and they are biological - 100% active.

This is a good plant - I am growing these.

Hi Jim,

I'll stick with Swanson for the everyday supplements, but like you I

have gone to other companies and paid higher prices for speciality

products.

When it comes to your health, I agree, paying more is well worth it

when necessary!

I guess I thought that this might be true, but had no way of proving

it to myself.

When I read 'guaranteed potency' or 'standardized' on the label, I

feel more secure that the product is what I think it is. When nothing

like that is specified on the label, I always wonder.
