They weren't sure if they were going to keep her or not, but at the last minute decided to send her home with medication. The doctor had never seen anything like this and of course very concerned. It was in the lower part of the heart and it is not uncommon for people to have an extra beat, but what Sharon was experience was about 10 or 15 of them at one time, blood pressure, pulse, respitatory was all erratic. We have an appt 7 am Monday for an echo cardiogram and stress test, and then they will probably put a monitor on her. So we will see what happens then and I will let you know. A little bit of good news, maybe somethings ARE changing, the doctor that was examining her and just before we were ready to leave I informed him of what probably was causing her heart problems. We also had a discussion in great lengths about her chest x-rays and what her previous also had looked like, with the peribronchial cuffing and the collasped bronchial tube. These x-rays did look better, thank goodness, but it has taken 6 years of being out of that building to happend. There was still alot of marblizing or shadowing. The diagnosis then of her lungs was bronchial pneumonia at that time. I had then asked him could the fluid that was in the lungs have been blood. He said most definately, but you wouldn't know until you tested it. I then asked him these x-rays could it have been caused by aspergillus or legionnella bacteria, his response, most definately, but you wouldn't know again unless you tested for it. hmmmmm At this time I started to him inform him the last 9 years and he was actually interested and wanted to know more. I gave him my card with several websites and he was going to look into it. He actually was asking alot of questions out of concern. One comment he did make is that fungi is everywhere and I agreed. I mentioned that most physicians are only aware of the allergic and irritant reactions and NOt the infectious or toxic. I had also asked if fungi were everywhere and many people were suceptable whether immunocompromised or not, which I did explain in greater detail, why aren't there more tests available to our physicians like there are for bacterial or viral? His response, hmmm great question. I got his interest and now he is asking questions. I couldn't ask for more. Hopefully I will hear from him shortly. Just a little side note, upon looking up CSM in a prescription book it states that it is prescribed for people who have pesticide poisoning. hmmm another toxin... So by no means is this a new treatment. KC FAIR USE NOTICE:
Guest guest
KC, I am glad the doctor listened. Hope Sharon is feeling better. Her symptoms sound just like the problem I was having in 9/26/05 when I went to the ER. The doctors gave me potassium pills because of the irregular heart beat and low BP. 55/31. I stayed there for 7 1/2 hours. I still have an irregular heart beat two to three times a week. I was suppose to go in for the same test but never went. Please tell Sharon that I hope she feels better and let me know about her test results. Marcie tigerpaw2c <tigerpaw2c@...> wrote: Had Sharon in the ER last nite for about 5 hrs. Guest guest
KC, hope shes felling better, I had those in the last apartment I was in, bad. sence in this new apartment it hasn't happened. there was mold and roaches in the last apartment, wondering if the allergies to these was causeing this, could your wife be getting exposed to something shes allergic to? or more mold? Mine were so bad in this last apartment that I went to the hospital, and they put me in a room with some clean air, and it stopped before they did anything, I hadn't been sleeping so I fell asleep. The doctor sent me home, telling me to quit partying and get some sleep, I well never go there again, I was so angry about his attitude. duh, like I had a social life? I even took what medical records I had and he wouldn't even look at them. He wouldn't even listen to me about my mold illnesses, so wow, its good that yours was interested > > Had Sharon in the ER last nite for about 5 hrs.
