How To Ferment In Less Time

Hi EveryOne,

For those of you wanting your Kombucha brew to finish faster may I suggest

using more Kombucha Colonies at a time.

I use as many as five or six and lots of starter and even though our house

is not particularly warm and gets cold at night, I harvest great tasting

Kombucha in seven days, winter and summer. In summer I used a few less

colonies but always the starter and at least three colonies. Works every

time:-)) Fizzy sweet/sour great Kombucha!
