Had a major commitment NOT to make a video of me standing in front of a wall and talking for 5 hours, so it's taken a bit of time. Our objective is to get the shooting all done next weekend, and hopefully have it edited and ready to go before the end of the year. Then probably Level 3 (Managing the Training Process) is next. I'm also working on an e-book about the assessment process, searchable and with lots of examples from assessments of the various things you might see and look for.
