I know sulfur is anti-microbial so just eating cabbage should help, right? I don't have to eat it fermented to work. Fermented adds probiotics in addition to the cabbage being antimicrobial but you could have raw cabbage and then yogurt afterwards or other source of probiotics, couldn't you? If I had cabbage rejuvinate, I would probably buy it rather than trust myself to make it. It said take any mold you find off the top.
